## Licenses Each license key grants the right to run the software on the number of computers (seats) stated at purchase. Perpetual licenses do not expire; subscription licenses are valid for the period purchased and must be renewed to keep validating. ## Activations A computer counts as a seat while it is registered to a key. Seats can be released from the account area at any time. Offline activation tokens are bound to the hardware fingerprint of one computer. ## Refunds Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase provided the license has not been activated on more than one computer. Contact support with your order number. ## Support and updates Perpetual licenses include updates within the purchased major version. Subscriptions include all updates while active.
